When buying a home, be sure to get pre approved with a mortgage broker or banker so you know your budget up front. Take time putting a list together of your needs and wants to work closely and openly with your realtor to obtain the best service.

Sit with your agent and go over the important details of your home and neighborhood. Can’t stress enough how important it is to price properly to gain the most exposure. Offer compensation to a buyers agent so those buyers are properly represented and have the legal process of buying a home in order.

I always love when my past clients use me again to sell and buy another home. In many cases I have multiple transactions with the same clients. Makes me feel I represented them well and gave great service.

I started in 1989 , just called an ad in the paper and ended up in the mortgage business. I later became a loan officer then in 2003 I switched to the Real Estate sales side of the business.
