She provided us with endless knowledge of the various towns/suburbs surrounding the KC metro area, shared a list of top notch builders to meet with as we begin to plan/design our home's floor plan, & educated us on all the nitty gritty details such as the different types of utilities for acreage or the different types of houses that would be allowed to be built based on the topography of the land.
