And is very pushy and unprofessional. Poor communication skills. She used manipulation sales tactics that border on underhanded insults. She interrupted me constantly. Poor listening skills. She acts rushed and hurried all the time. Would not continue with this Realtor.

would never recommend.After letting the seller pressure me into putting down $4000more in earnest money deposit the bank she recommended was playing games asking for voluminous amounts of info including info on property I had sold over 20 years ago. After realizing the bank was just playing games she blames it all on me saying it'd my fault I didn't get the bank all their "paperwork", not the type of person I would want representing me, and yes I am out $5000 earnest money.

Anna is a great real estate agent. She cares for her clients and goes above and beyond in everything she does for her clients. She is there for you every step of the way from finding a home to buying and closing on it. She found my family the perfect home for us, went out of her way at closing so my wife could close in New York while I closed in Florida. She made a stressful time very easy for us. The following quote the agent made about herself is totally opposite of what I experienced. There was money that was due to me and I never received it, there was no follow up, had to go to the broker, when escrow closed I was quite surprised to see that several thousand dollars more was added due to the inefficiency of communication regarding closing costs.
