Anna was amazing!! We were on vacation in Mrtle beach and this home came up we called her and right away she said she would meet us there ( it was 2 hours away for us) We immediately fell ion Love with this lake house on Lake Marion and put an offer in. It was excepted but yet we hit a lot of bumps in the road and I mean a lot!! she just kept pushing along as the seller was being tough. She never quit and finally 3 1/2 months later she accomplished what she set out to do for us! we could have never been happier. We contacted Anna as we were relocating for work from the Dallas, Texas area & were wanting to purchase a home immediately. She spent the necessary time on the front end getting a clear understanding of what we wanted as to make the most of our time when we flew into Florence for a house hunting trip. She helped make arrangements for the extra things we needed done prior to our move and after our purchase (ie. a fence for our dogs, HOA permits, etc.) She was also an excellent resource for house services that we needed including painters and service technicians.
