About Anna Hunt

I am Anna Hunt, a Broker-in-Charge with Brindley Beach Vacations and Sales in Kitty Hawk. I have been assisting buyers and sellers on the Outer Banks for over a decade. I understand that a home purchase whether it is a primary residence, second home or vacation rental investment, is a major life event and the largest financial investment you will ever make. I am here to guide you through all the aspects of the process and make it as smooth as possible. How do I do it? I negotiate the deal, I work hard to solve issues and I follow through on lenders, inspectors, surveyors, insurance agents, attorneys and contractors. I am responsive, professional and patient and most importantly, I do it all with your best interest in mind. I would HIGHLY recommend you work with Anna if you are interested in buying or selling a home in the Outer Banks! I initially worked with Anna when I relocated to the OBX. Her extensive knowledge of the area & the real estate market enabled me to find & purchase the perfect home. When I had to leave the OBX, my initial and only call for assistance in selling my home was Anna. Once again & as expected, she went above & beyond to ensure that my home sold quickly & the whole process went flawlessly! Anna was very helpful in the purchase of a vacation home in Corolla. She is very knowledgable about the area and the local market. As with any real estate transaction there are always a few surprises and bumps in the road.
