We are first time home buyers, who knew very little about the entire process. Eric not only got us our first home, but he educated us along the way! He made us feel very confident and comfortable in the offers that we made!The reason why we chose Eric is his dedication to the process! We looked at so many homes, sometimes several in one day! He was very flexible and worked around our schedule. He is very responsive! If we had a question, or a home that might hit the market soon, and we wanted to see it, Eric would reply right away! He is always positive, and gave great advice about roofs and basements! Eric also set us up with a great lender and a Home Insurance Company! Wow, what to say? As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to go or even start. When we first met Jui, she explained that her job is more than selling the house and completing paperwork. In her opinion making the educated decision and understanding the contracts, Inspections and most importantly what we sign is more important than buying a home as an emotional decision. She proved that and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market specially for us who were first time home buyer. Every time we viewed a new property Jui would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc and make recommendations on what would beneficial to us . She took over the pressure and made the process extremely smooth for us. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. We really are thankful to her for getting our first home.
