little about me I have been a REALTORR since 1993 I am a member of the Century 21 Centurion Honor Society and have been honored to receive several production awards throughout my career A few things I enjoy doing in my downtime include reading gardening and traveling the world I am also a Master Gardener and enjoy visiting with people and their plants There are many qualities and skills that go into being outstanding real estate professionals integrity in depth community and market knowledge marketing savvy effective negotiation skills and a high quality professional network all of which are hallmarks of how I work However I believe the most important quality and skill is fast open and honest communication Over the last 20 plus years it is remarkable how many times I have been told I can never find my agent but can always find you That said in my experience as real estate professional in Ellis County Southern Tarrant County and Southern Dallas County Ive also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting My clients first This means being accessible being a good listener as well as a good communicator and responding quickly to your needs This client first philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business In addition Ive found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything Ive always done only much more quickly and efficiently Theyve also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients I also have served Corporate and other Relocation clients for over 20 years
