Ann Stettner

I bring a great deal of experience and knowledge in sales, marketing and management to my position at Neil Charles Real Estate. In addition to holding my real estate license and working in real estate for over 35 years, I worked as a senior executive at a sports marketing firm in the 1990's, and in 1997 developed an entrepreneurial food business; Wild Thymes Farm Inc., as Co-owner and head of sales and marketing.. I am a graduate of Colgate University, have traveled the world extensively and am fluent in Spanish and proficient in Italian. I lived in the Hudson Valley for over 20 years before moving to Litchfield County CT 7 years ago, and while our main office is still in Millbrook, NY, I also work from our satellite office in Sharon, CT, and cover a very large territory; all of the Hudson Valley on both sides of the Hudson River (Dutchess, Columbia, Ulster and Greene Counties),, and all of LItchfield County CT. I also work in Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY. I reside in Sharon, CT with my husband and daughter, and have been active in the local community, including sitting on the Boards of the Winnakee Land Trust and the Dutchess Day School in recent years.
