Ann is a licensed real estate professional and team leader with the Ann Senn Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Green Bay. Ann has had the privilege to help buyers and sellers all across northeast WI, and in so, she is consistently ranked in the top percentages of agents in production which has helped her secure many awards in real estate. Keller Williams Realty is the largest real estate company in the world. This partnership has been a power-house in real estate, providing exceptional care, service, and results for buyers and sellers. Ann's career in real estate sales and appraisal spans over 2 decades. Her drive to fill the needs of the market inspired her to start her own appraisal company in 1996. After selling that company 17 years later, she returned to real estate sales and joined what she calls "my forever home"" at Keller Williams Realty. She is also a graduate of Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with an Associate's Degree in Marketing. Her background in property valuation and in marketing are differentiating factors that set her apart from the competition. With offices in De Pere and Oconto Falls, WI, Ann has experience serving clients in Brown, Oconto, Marinette, Kewaunee, Eastern Shawano, Calumet, Outagamie, and Manitowoc Counties.
