It was on the market for 3 days. Her agency has resources to surpass any other agent I have seen. I have now listed my mom's home with her. She had packers to help pack, and movers in place to take everything to storage. She stayed hours and hours helping me get everything out. She sends people to clean professionally, shampoo the carpets, and care for the yard. Her professionalism is perfection. Don't look for another agent; Ann is the best real estate agent ever!

She and her whole team helped me get ready to put the house on the market, and their cleaning, repairs, and staging helped sell the house in two days. The whole process was so smooth and handled so well, and closing went off without a hitch, except a one day paperwork delay by the buyer's lender. I was really nervous about the whole selling process, but she and her team made it practically painless. She was encouraging and helpful, and I recommend her highly. If I ever need a realtor again, I won't call anybody but her.
