Ann Manning

Ann began her real estate career right out of college in the early 80s as a top producing sales agent. Her focus for the next decade was in real estate management, recruiting, and training. She managed real estate offices in Delmar, Latham and Greene County. Ann taught pre-licensing courses and was a sales trainer for new and experienced real estate agents.

Ann's true passion is in the relationships she develops with her clients that last well beyond closing day. She understands the intricate details and the emotional aspect of every real estate transaction and her goal is to guide and educate her clients and to make the transaction and transition seamless.

She loves her work and is driven by her clients' best interests and has built a reputation as a hardworking broker with market savvy, sharp negotiation skills, sensitivity and top notch service to all of her clients. She is committed to exceeding her clients' expectations.

Ann is a lifelong resident of the Capital Region and is completely in tune with its blend of vitality and vintage charm. She currently resides in the Bethlehem area with her husband, Michael. They raised their two daughters, Lauren and Kristen, in the area and could not imagine a more wonderful place to raise a family. It is a multi-faceted area: full of cultural, educational and business opportunities, but also close to mountains, lakes and fabulous recreation.
