We couldnt be happier with how our recent home sale and purchase went, and that was in most part due to Ann. We purchased a condo that was in high demand and had a tight timeline for closing, but Ann helped us go from maybe possibly thinking about moving to taking possession in just over a month. In the meantime, she did an excellent job helping us prepare for sale. We were anticipating up to three weeks on the market; we had an offer in three days. The sale was a difficult one but she stayed on top of the other parties to keep things moving. We were informed at every step through the process.
