Ann helped sell my father's house after his passing. I was out of state, and Ann kept me up-to-date during the process and helped the entire process go smoothly. She helped keep an eye on the property while it was for sale, helped arrange for the property to be cleaned, and helped me with recommendations when the septic tank needed to be pumped. I would definitely work with Ann again.
