I focus on working with sellers wanting to sell their homes. I also have a team with buyer's experts who can show homes and write contacts for my buyers. Together we make sure that you are well informed and represented all the way to the closing table.
I recently represented a couple from my church who bought their first home in almost 13 years. They had been renting and decided to build a home with a trusted, local builder. They closed on their home 4-6 weeks ago and have a beautiful home to call their own.
My past REALTORs brought me on their team as a buyer's specialist in 2003. I fell in love with helping families buy and sell homes from the very beginning. Today I have a team of my own. We represent 80-100 families each year. It gives me great joy in building relationships along the way to home ownership.
Staying educated is a top priority for me. I hold numerous designations and certificates that allow me to represent and negotiate my clients. I recently acquired the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation. The course material helped polish my skills in representing the baby boomer generation and their families.
