ZillowVERIFIEDWe listed our home in late 2021. Anita was very courteous and obliging at first. My wife and I really liked her. She was quick to get us signed as a client, schedule pictures, and placed online for potential buyers to see. The problem is... that is when her contact with us ceased. We only heard on occasion about a showing result if we sent an inquiry. Now I understand that our home was a relatively high cost for a home, but I never had my seller or one of her team show my house once. Our home sold after a little over 2 months. We were never contacted during closing. I facilitated all interaction with buyers agent and title company. It has been 1 month since closing has occurred, and I have yet to hear from Anita or her team. I paid Anita and her team over $18,000 and 12,000 to sellers agent for the internet to sell my house. To say it was a disappointing experience would be an understatement.

As we walked through different houses, she would point out various pros and cons of the structure, the home in general, etc. She was quick to respond to any messages we sent her and quick to set up home viewings. (Speed was critical during the crazy 2021 housing market!) Her work was high quality over a 1+ year span of house searching. We have family who also used Anita as their realtor, and their experience was similar. We highly recommend Anitas services to anyone looking for a realtor.
