Anita was pleasant enough but she did not communicate clearly to me, either what he banks require such as appraisal versus an inspection. She was very confusing as to how to make an offer, counter offer or offer on top of a current offer. Sometimes she said that I could not make an offer if others had made an offer and other times she said that if I made an offer, others could still make their offer. She made statements that frightened me from making an offer and other times made statements that goaded me into making an offer; neither were helpful ways of going about it all.I asked her not to let others know of my interest in one home until I had submitted my offer. She did not comply but let the listing agent know of my deep interest. This made someone else immediately react to the threat and they beat me to the offer before I could let my wife see the house and help me make a decision.She did not know the value of the homes we looked at and at one point refused to become my realtor saying, "I like the way things are right now." This made me apprehensive to continue to work with her. Needless to say, I did not get the house I wanted.
