I started Anita Cochran Realty because I wasn't comfortable with any of the agents I had used in the past when it came time to sell my own home. I wanted more.....and that's what I give you. We use an updated digital paperless system that makes all that paperwork, EASY. Professional photographs will make your property look as spectacular as humanly possible. Oh, and did I mention I spent my TV career telling stories? Let me tell potential buyers the story of your home. I specialize in re-staging so that we can get the most money for your house in the quickest amount of time and then I use the power of the media (including social media) to get that story out.
