Anita sold my house so fast, it was amazing. Within two weeks my house had a signed contract. Anita answers questions fast, she cares about her customers, and she has years of experience which all make her shine above the rest. We first met Anita in March of 2024 when we came to Pensacola house hunting on military orders she was amazing listened to our preferences and showed us a number of houses while we were there. We received news that we wouldnt be moving to Pensacola as soon as we thought and Anita stayed in touch sending us listing. Once we were finally told we could make our move Anita worked with us and our many time zones to find our new home! She was always available to answer questions or explain anything. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor.

Dana was incredibly pushy and asked for personal information that was not relevant. She was very deceptive and tried to force a signature without explaining what it was for. Stay far away.
