Anil helped us with our house purchase. I would give him 100 stars if there is a way to do it. He is an outstanding real estate professional and an extra-ordinary person to work with. When we started working Anil, we immediately learned that he was highly knowledgeable about not only the market but also the houses, the way they were constructed and the key things to look for. He has a lot of patience and invests time to deeply understand our needs and preferences. He kept our budget in mind when pushing just enough to get us to the top spots. Also his clear thinking on problems that can be fixed vs the ones not easily fixable was very useful in narrowing down properties. During house tours, he had the patience to walk us through every minor detail that needs to be looked for buying a property. He spent time in video conferences late night to help us get through our application. When it comes to price negotiation, Anil does it adroitly. Once the offer was accepted, all the communications and transactions were smooth. He was of immense help and a great guide in finding a lender at a low interest rate.Finally even after closing he was always available whenever we needed his help in any aspect related to the house.
