Hello! I am Angie Welbes and I am a full time REALTOR and Transaction Coordinator for Team Dolter Real Estate at Equity Real Estate Group. I have been full time in real estate since 1997 and enjoy the variety of clients that I have the opportunity to meet and work with. Each client is unique and our team works to do the best job for each client, regardless of their situation. I work on processing all of our team listings, handling the closing process for our team sales, and also work with buyer and seller clients. My goal is to provide the highest level of service and professionalism to our clients and we all truly care about our clients and getting the job done! I was born and raised in Dubuque and attended UNI where I graduated with a finance degree and real estate minor. I live in Asbury with my husband and 3 sons and when not working I enjoy hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
