HERE'S A REVIEW THAT's NOT FROM 2018*******Angie Snyder joined another agency. Angie does not answer her phone, her voicemail is full, she is not educated in the ways of real estate and doesn't listen to her client. Additionally, she is always out of state or unavailable due to family issues. I am a seller that listed 70 vacant lots and four houses in a single development with Angie Snyder. It took 3 months to get on MLS, she received an offer from developer but never passed info on to us, etc.If you want an agent available to speak with you AND potential buyers calling on your property, this is not the agent for you.

Angie Snyder is so resourceful! My husband and I were first-time buyers so naturally we had any and every question in the book for her. While the house I really wanted was not on the market yet, I knew at some point it might be. In the meantime, Angie showed me several comparable properties, which afforded me the opportunity to decide whether to wait on the house I had my eye on from the beginning or choose another. She was very patient with me and did not push me to change my mind. I eventually was able to buy the home I wanted to begin with, and Angie played a huge part in making that happen. I would not hesitate to buy or sell another home with Angie again if the opportunity comes along.
