Angie Layne was exceptional from our very first interaction all the way through closing. She was honest, patient, and incredibly helpful at every stage of the process. Angie provided clear guidance when we needed it, along with contractor recommendations for items I couldnt take on myself. Because the property was in rough shape, Angie went above and beyond. She provided comps for the home as-is, a clear list of must-do repairs, and a separate list of improvements that would help make the property more marketable. This all happened in our first meeting! The repair process took much longer than expected, but Angie consistently checked in. Not to push us, but to see how she could support me along the way. Once we listed the property, we had four showings scheduled on the first day. The home went under contract within three days and closed just one week later. Angie mentioned it was the fastest closing she had ever seen, but its hard for me to believe that outcome wasnt directly tied to her expertise and dedication. Thank you, Angie. We wont be buying or selling property with anyone else!
