My first home buying experience could not have gone any better. I stumbled on Angie Brilz by inquiring about a property that I was interested in but suddenly showed as off-market. That property sold but Angie became my realtor from that moment. She cared about me as a person, wanting to understand my needs, likes, dislikes, price range, etc. Every question I had was answered. She gave suggestions on a number of things that helped me. And, when we discovered the refrigerator / freezer unit had been broken after the home went under contract, she did everything she could to make sure I would not have to pay anything out of pocket for a new one (including removal of the old one). If I ever find myself in the market for another home I will definitely start with Angie. She is awesome! She'll treat you like a person rather than a commission. She won't pressure you into anything. She'll tell you straight up if she thinks the listing price is reasonable and what a reasonable offer price will be. And she'll make sure to point out everything potentially wrong with a home.
