Despite the fact that they sell and help buy many homes, she was always free and willing to come to viewings with us. While at the viewing, we never felt rushed and Angie answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. When we chose a home we wanted, she knew exactly how low the builder would be willing to go and specifically asked for the terms of the contract when the builder wanted us to pay a deposit before we saw any documents. There was even a really nice touch at the end of the project - my wife wasn't able to make it to the actual day of closing, so they came by the house another day so we could recreate the picture of us holding the "sold" sign.
