They were super prepared for our initial meeting with a bound book of recent sales in the neighborhood and clearly explained the local (Rose Garden, San Jose) real estate market and trends. They described their services and approach, and answered all our our questions. Once we selected Angie, she jumped on the big task of helping us quickly clear the house of the furniture and clutter. She has contacts for everything and got us reasonable quotes from professionals to do necessary repairs, clearing debris, paint, cleaning, and staging. Throughout the process, Angie was extremely responsive, even though I know she had several other clients at the same time. Angie and Jordan were sucessful in recommending a list price that maximized the number of offers we received and we sold the house in less than a week for $200K over list price. Despite the fact that they sell and help buy many homes, she was always free and willing to come to viewings with us. While at the viewing, we never felt rushed and Angie answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. When we chose a home we wanted, she knew exactly how low the builder would be willing to go and specifically asked for the terms of the contract when the builder wanted us to pay a deposit before we saw any documents. There was even a really nice touch at the end of the project - my wife wasn't able to make it to the actual day of closing, so they came by the house another day so we could recreate the picture of us holding the "sold" sign. That sort of attention to detail is emblematic of Angie's work more generally.
