We met Angie in 2018 when we were interested in looking to buy a place in Lake Arrowhead. We immediately clicked! She showed us around and we made an offer that evening at dinner and found our dream vacation home that night! This year, we decided to sell our 1917 craftsman highland park 7 br 4 bath home, with tenants! So, we called Angie! Boy, did she work hard as this house came with problems due to the new L.A laws we did not know about. She kept a smile on her face every day as she fought traffic AND uncooperative tenants and jumped over many, many hurdles to get this house sold (on time) at the same time showing us places in Long Beach AND Twin Peaks that we wanted to buy after the sale of this house. Talk about service, right? She's a gem! We bought what we wanted too! We always refer her to others, you should too! She has turned into a great friend too! Glad to have met you, Angie!

I simply cannot express how thankful we are and what a fabulous job Angelique Koster did in marketing and selling our home in Twin Peaks, California. At a time when interest rates had inched up and the real estate market had slowed down, Angelique worked diligently to get our home marketed and sold. Between the professional photos she had taken and the open houses she personally held, we were able to get our house sold and through escrow in less than two months. Besides being a great Realtor, Angie is honestly just an all around great human being. She was always available to answer questions (and believe me, I had TONS of them) and she never once made me feel like my calls or texts were an inconvenience to her. Angelique is amazing! We LOVED working with her. She has a wealth of experience and it was clear from day one that she knows absolutely everything about buying and selling houses of all kinds. She was always very energetic, positive, and extremely responsive when I had questions, no matter how small. It was our first time selling a house, so we met with several agents. Angelique was the most informative, patient, and encouraging by far and spent as much time with us as we needed. She could see all of the little features of our house that made it unique and desirable.
