I got started in real estate after spending over 13 years as a General Property Manager in commercial real estate, where I gained extensive experience in market trends, negotiations, and client relations. I wanted to bring that expertise to a more personal level so I transitioned into residential real estate with Ebby Halliday Frisco. As a native Texan who has lived and raised a family in the North Dallas area, I’m passionate about helping others find their place here and committed to guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and care.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with both investor buyers and lease tenants, helping investors identify properties that meet their financial goals while guiding tenants through the leasing process to ensure a smooth transition into their new home. From analyzing rental potential and coordinating repairs to negotiating lease terms and connecting clients with trusted contractors, I focus on making the process seamless for both sides while protecting their best interests.

One recent transaction I’m especially fond of was working with an investor buyer to secure a rental property that aligned perfectly with their long-term goals. I focused on analyzing market data, rental income potential, and neighborhood trends to ensure a strong return on investment. I guided them through the negotiation process, coordinated inspections, and connected them with reliable contractors for quick updates before leasing. What made this experience so rewarding was building a strong relationship and earning their trust in this important transaction.

I am currently in process of completing my specialized training to earn my Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations. These certifications will strengthen my ability to negotiate, market effectively, and guide clients with confidence.
