My favorite part of being a REALTOR is helping people move to the next place in their life, whether it be selling or buying their home. Going above and beyond the expected for my clients is what sets me apart from the crowd and has earned me countless referrals and repeat business from past clients. Treating each and every client uniquely to help them accomplish their personal goals as they pertain to real estate and using my expertise to execute the best plan is what drives me to the top. Whether it be through my hands on staging, exterior and/or interior contract services to make your home ready to sell or guiding buyers through the home building process, my team and I will not disappoint! BACKGROUND: Having lived in Iowa (born in Illinois), Washington, Texas, Georgia and South Carolina and travelling extensively in between, the process of moving and what you go through to sell and select a new home is my specialty. From corporate accounting and H/R work with WR Grace, Pillsbury and Human Resource Corporation to the private sector small business customer service, operations management, consulting and sales...serving on the pastoral staff of a local church in SC for 7 years where I was able to help people with the best hours of my day find their next step in their journey prior to pursuing a career in Real Estate. Being a REALTOR enables me to engage my service, people skills and hard work ethic to help clients with one of the most potentially stressful and important decisions life brings along. My faith in God and my family are my priorities and my dog Tucker, entertaining with friends and being outdoors bring me great balance! AWARDS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS: After obtaining my license in February, 2015, I sold and closed 24 homes that calendar year as an individual general residential agent and earned the prestigious Central Carolina Realtor's Association Circle of Excellence "Silver" award as a rookie! RE/MAX National also recognized the achievement in the Executive Club. In 2016, I sold an unheard of 35 homes for both buyers and sellers and began my comprehensive marketing approach for listing and selling homes for top dollar quickly. The "Gold" designation from CCRA was awarded as well as the RE/MAX 100% Club. My third year I accomplished the "Gold" designation as well and also served an equal number of buyers and sellers. Listing 17 houses in 2017, with an average of 7 days on market! Finishing out my first 3 full years as a REALTOR, I sold over 100 homes! 2018 was another extraordinary year with the added achievements of Essex Homes 2018 Agent of the Year for the most general brokerage homes sold with that builder. The Building Industry Association (BIA) also recognized me as a Regal Award Recipient for top sales in new home construction. CCRA awarded the "Platinum" award and RE/MAX National also awarded Platinum status for sales volume. In 2019, my 5th year in Real Estate, I achieved DIAMOND, the top award for REALTORS in the Midlands of SC. In 2020, after completing advanced education requirements and qualifying with highest of performance level standards for the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), I obtained the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, achieved by only the top 10% of REALTORS Nationally.
