I have experience with Corporate Relocation, REO/Foreclosure, short sale and as well as senior real estate sales. My earned designations include SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), GRI I, II and SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Specialist). I believe my knowledge and expertise of the local markets is highlighted best through my negotiation skills and the ability to service my clients with integrity and trust. I get it that buying or selling a home can be stressful so building a strong relationship with my clients is what will get us to the closing table together! I hold a BS degree in Communications from The University of South Florida. As a Top Producer I have received several honors over the years including nationally recognized as Executive Club member at Remax.I have been honored by ORRA as a Silver/Bronze level top producer as well as been nationally recognized as top buyers/sellers agent with HomeLight. This combined effort has led me to becoming a MULTI MILLION DOLLAR producer. I am extremely passionate about my work and treat each customer as if they were my only one! On a personal note I am a mother of 2 amazing daughters and have worked as a dividend/volunteer parent for 12 years in the local school system and also volunteer coach girls high school beach volleyball. My compassion for my four legged friends extends to the local animal shelters where I work with fostering and adoption services. Everyone deserves their "furever" home.
