Angela Lista

A proud resident of Sarasota, Angela hails from Philadelphia and New Jersey. At a young age Angela was introduced to the real estate industry. Her father was a property investor, dedicated to refurbishing abandoned homes and bringing them back to life. This experience instilled in a ten-year-old Angela not only a talent with a paintbrush and hammer, but sparked her passion for the real estate business and a drive to help people. Being a property investor herself, and now a sales associate with Michael Saunders & Company -Siesta Key, she quickly found herself serving the luxury market, even earning the "Top Rookie Award" in her 1st year with the company. She recently earned the "2021 Rising Star Award" in Sarasota County. As a real estate agent, Angela is known for always treating her clients like family. She takes the time to educate them by being honest and available and it shows in her many testimonials and reviews. When shopping for a home with Angela you will see it is much more than an experience, it is an adventure! Angela has been with her husband for over 25 years, who speaks fluent Italian. They have two children, Gabriel and Angelina. Angela is a USA Swimming Official, volunteering her time to officiate swim meets that both of her children attend.
