Angela Lanni is the consummate professional. She worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect home. Her knowledge of the developments was invaluable. She got to know me as a person - my likes and dislikes. My needs and wants. All of these contributed to finding the right match for me. She introduced me to the NY condominium market which differed from my NJ housing market. She responded quickly to all calls and inquiries and checked in often. She taught me what to look for in a unit and how to understand the different tax ramifications and owner obligations. We worked together for close to a year to find the right home. I required a condominium with the primary bedroom on the first floor. Those do not come around often. Angela took the initiative to make inquiries in developments of interest even if there was no current inventory. Angela helped me make a meaningful offer, that I was comfortable with, in a highly competitive market. Her ability to work well with the sellers realtor sped up the process. She worked extremely well with my attorney to make sure my interests were covered and there was no exposure. Her ability to work well with the sellers realtor and the attorneys enabled us to expedite a thankfully uneventful closing process. I would highly recommend Angela. Thank you, Angela.
