About Angela Klein-Hughes
I grew up in a Real Estate Family. I attended Montana State University-Billings where I obtained a BS in Sociology. It didn't take long after college for me to follow in my mothers footsteps and begin a career in Real Estate. I have been a licensed Broker since 2003. I have been involved in multiple aspects of my Local, State and National Associations. My knowledge from my involvement set me above the rest. My clients and peers have consistently sought my advice and trust my judgement on many Real Estate transactions. I pride myself on giving my clients the most up to date feedback on the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales, property values and giving a realistic outlook as what to expect to achieve in todays market. During my years of Real Estate, I have received multiple designations and awards that I am very proud of. In my free time, I enjoy running/racing on the competitive circuit, traveling, eating great food and spending time with my family while enjoying the great outdoors.

I recently closed with a first time home buyer that was able to obtain a $12,000 forgivable grant for down payment. We successfully negotiated closing cost to be paid by the seller. These buyers were able to obtain home ownership with minimal out of pocket expense.

Yes. I have my Graduate Realtors Institute designation. This is a 3 year program to continue your education in Real Estate. I also have my Pricing Strategy Specialist designation. This will assist my sellers in pricing their home appropriately. I have my supervising broker designation which means I have the knowledge to manage other agents. I am also an approved instructor for the state of Montana. My knowledge allows me to instruct continuing education other licensees around the state.
