About Angela Hurley

I was born in Sicily, Italy in 1969 and moved to Tampa, Florida as a small child where my family set roots. In 1991, at the age of 22, I headed to Tallahassee and received both my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture. At the beginning of my fourteen year architectural career I spent most of my time gaining design knowledge and experience with custom built, single family homes throughout the Tallahassee area, and later shifted my focus to designing and developing larger commercial projects. By this time, it was evident that Tallahassee was 'home' for me and my family. My interest in real estate flourished as I literally took part in the growth and development of this beautiful city. In July of 2004, I began my exciting new career in real estate and have never looked back. I find this career to be exciting, challenging, fun, and most of all extremely rewarding. Today as a proud owner of Weichert, Realtors- The H2 Group, it is my mission to establish and maintain an organization, whose people, systems, technology and Agents provide professional service second to none. I heard about Patrick several years ago thru a mutual friend and knew right away that he is who I would be using when I sold my rental home in Tallahassee. That opportunity came in 2021 and he was top notch! He was very thorough, super kind and friendly and even went back to my offers and negotiated to get me a higher price, all without me even asking. I live in Tampa and he made the remote process and closing seamless. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Tallahassee and student housing market. I will definitely work with Patrick again!

He was great! I was a first time home-buyer. He listened to me and answered my questions. He talked me out of some bad choices I might have made otherwise. If he ever didn't an answer,, he would find out and get back to me within a couple of days. I would definitely work with him again.

I met Patrick?? roughly 10 years ago, some time around 2011-2012. I told him I was looking to buy a houseaEUR|four years later, I finally bought that house. Patrick must have showed me at least 100 houses as I went back and forth trying to decide if it was the right time for me to buy. I never felt pressured once to buy something that wasnt just right and I never felt like he was getting tired of working with me. He was always quick to respond with a friendly, positive attitude. When I decided to sell my house, there was no question who I would call. Patrick helped me sell my house very quickly and he was able to help me get full asking price.
