Anesha is awesome. She met with us prior to us listing our home. She explained the process thoroughly and gave us advise to prep the home for sale. She arranged for the pictures to be taken and helped stage the home. The listing of our home was perfect. Two days after listing our home she had an open house. Despite being on the market less than a week our home sold almost immediately. Having no knowledge of the closing process she connected us with an attorney and explained the process to us. The buyer's inspection found some issues. She connected us to contractors who were efficient and helped us get our home ready. I cannot say enough about Anesha's experience in the field, her friendliness, and her ability to sell your home!

Teri was a life saver. With how crazy the market is right now we were losing hope. She was super quick to respond. She would show us a house the same day we saw it listed- no matter how far it was. Our closing was a bit tumultuous (on the sellers end) because it was a foreclosure BUT Teri kept on top of everything and everyone to make sure our process went as smoothly as possible. I dont think we would have gotten our home if Teri wasnt our agent. Teri had to work like crazy to make sure everything lined up for us. If she wasnt consistent we would have lost the deal. (And Ive worked with other realtors to be able to make this comparison) Honestly she became a friend at the end of the long road we had.
