Andy helped us buy our first home and we of course used him to sell the same home and buy another. Andy caters to your style, just let him know how you operate. With us, we wanted to find the house and used Andy to set up the viewings and accompany us to them. This system worked out great for us. Andy was quick to set up viewings. When he wasn't available to go himself, he always sent someone else from the Roy-Miller team and everyone was pleasant. Andy won't blow smoke, he will tell you like it is and if you're thinking too far outside the box he isn't shy to reel you back in respectfully. Outside of his professional career, Andy is just a great guy. He's easy to talk to and work with and between three homes, Andy has become a friend of my wife and I as well.
