Andy was incredibly helpful in our recent sale of my parents' condominium in Colorado Springs. Although his office is in Castle Rock he was available whenever we needed him to either show the property or confer with us on what needed to be done. He was professional, friendly, ready to help with local professionals since I was doing a lot of the work long distance, and was in constant communication with us.
