Andy helped us sell our Subsidized Bronx coop. He had sold another unit in our building so we knew we needed to go with him. He was the best. Due to the pandemic and the coop requirements it took much longer than normal to close on the sale. Andy was patient throughout it all and made us feel at ease through the whole process.
