Andy Polski brings his clients and the AP Group a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate, investing, remodeling, construction, vacation rentals, and developing. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Andy is a true entrepreneur with a solid network of professionals in both Minnesota & Colorado. He started his first venture in 2003 while in college and never looked back. Now a family man with multiple self-sufficient businesses within the real estate and construction industry, he pours his time into what he loves most - buying and selling real estate. Business and Real Estate is a lifestyle for him; or as his wife would say, an addiction. There is nothing more rewarding than finding or closing the next great deal for his clients! Andy moved a lot as a child. He spent most of his childhood in the suburbs of the Twin Cities. His teen years were spent living on a lake in a small town. He believes this; and other challenges throughout life have helped him develop a unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Upon first meeting this transparent agent, people can usually see how he has built his business based on his core values of honesty, integrity, and work ethic. Andy is from the 'Oregon Trail' generation in which he started kindergarten with the first Apple computers and floppy disks. The internet came around the time Andy entered middle school. Andy is a tech-savvy realtor, that also has a special way of connecting with baby boomers; and older generations. Having moved much of his childhood within Minnesota; and half of his childhood being before the information age has also helped shape his dynamic approach to relationships and people in general.
