My sister and I signed an agreement with Andy and his brother Ben to sell our dads house. They were so knowledgeable on improvements needed for renovations and came up with a budget that is so reasonable. The management of the renovations was so accurate, and the renovation was completed ahead of time and gorgeously. The listing was so nice with photos, video and 3D tour. Andy and Ben were on top of fast-changing market due to tariff policy impacts, showing us their analysis and helping us change strategy quickly. The house was sold shortly after.

I recently hired Andy and his brother Ben to list, market and sell my brothers house in Santa Clara. After interviewing other realtors in the area, this team of brothers came out on top. I cant say enough positive things about these two real estate agents. Their hard work and professionalism throughout the project was remarkable and they did an incredible job from start to finish. With their advice, I agreed to have some improvements and upgrades performed to the property prior to listing and marketing it. The Meunier brothers formulated a plan and timeline all of which were within budget and adhered to without any delays whatsoever. Project management was superior and the results of the improvements were extremely impressive. Followup was outstanding aEUR" I was continuously updated throughout the entire process. Andy and Ben make a great team. They are clear on what, when and how of things. I was in a haste to sell but they helped me understand when is the right time. To me it looked like a close call cos it was a short market but when we met they already had a plan with exact dates on when to do what to get the property market ready. And every single date they planned was met during execution resulting in the property being marketed on promised date. The way they worked on it, I had over 40+ showings within first 6 days with more than half being private showings. And, even before them officially letting agents know on offer date, we received 4 offers on 7th day. They walked me through each offer with pros and cons. They themselves suggested what offers we can talk through and negotiate and close the deal. That too they were able to close the same night with the price more than my initial expectation. To my surprise we had an accepted offer within 7 days of listing (and closed within 28 days of listing) cos I could see numerous properties listed around my area with lower list price waiting for a good offer for over 2-3 months. Throughout the process, they made sure I was updated on every step either by calls or messages. To me the biggest factor was the timing they chose and how they maintained their committed dates. Probably that was of essence with my property sale. They maintain a professional code throughout the process, with a personal touch with client which made me feel like part of family.
