Not only did Andy get workers in quickly to take care of some dry rot issues and to freshen up the paint but he got us an over asking price offer within one week of listing the home for sale. The sale closed smoothly in less than 3 weeks. Great job Andy!

Andy provided our family with superior service. This was a Probate sale and he absolutely knew the in's and out's of what has to be done in this type of a transaction. His knowledge of the Merced area was exceptional, and he helped us work through the details and pricing of the sale.
