His career started with CENTURY 21 in July 2001 where Andy quickly became known as the "walking MLS" for his continuous and extensive studying of the Multiple Listing Service. Andy wanted to make sure he knew as much about his local market as anyone else and then some. It didn't take long before the hard work paid off and Andy became one of the top agents, not only at CENTURY 21, but in Robertson County earning him numerous awards and recognitions including the CENTURY 21 Quality Service and Quality Service Pinnacle Awards from 2004-2010. This award from CENTURY 21 is awarded only to a small percentage of agents on an International level. In November 2010, Andy realized that in order to fulfill his dream of growing and taking his business to the highest levels possible, a move was needed in his career. After almost a full year of study and research Andy made the move to Keller Williams Realty in September 2011. In late November 2014, after an extensive application process with Keller Williams International, Andy was granted permission to open a "Mega Agent Office" in Springfield, TN.
