We interviewed several realtors before making a decision, and honestly, we came into the process a bit skeptical. Its easy to feel like many realtors are just salespeople looking out for their own interests, not yours. It was a pleasure working with Andy in selling our home in Golden Eagle! They were able to attract over 50 Potential Buyers to come see the house that landed several offers!!! He and his partner are outstanding realtors and highly effective in determining what it would take to get the house sold and offered a range of prices it could sell for depending on what upgrades if any that we would be able to do, as well as what it could sell for "as is". And their projections were right on target. Andy was also very responsive to texts, emails, and/or phone calls whenever we had questions or concerns. They went well above and beyond in taking time to check our house and sweep up leaves when we were out of town to make sure it always presented well for showings! Such great marketing expertise!! And lastly, he and his partner were the only realtors that insisted that they could and would sell our house "during the winter!" which the others we interviewed said they could NOT guarantee, but they actually did! We were amazed and shocked with the number of people interested in purchasing our home in December and January once we listed it with them the day after Thanksgiving. We highly recommend him or his partner as your listing agent for all the above reasons.

Andy was heavensent as far as I'm concerned. I'm a widow with no knowledge of the real estate industry.
