We interviewed several realtors before making a decision, and honestly, we came into the process a bit skeptical. Its easy to feel like many realtors are just salespeople looking out for their own interests, not yours. So we asked a lot of questions, probing for real market knowledge, transparency, and a willingness to break things down rather than use jargon or vague language to sound impressive. What we were looking for was someone who genuinely did their homework, came prepared to showings, and could meet us on equal footing, because we were also doing our own research across Zillow, the MLS, and public records. Andy Elliott checked all the boxes. Hes detail-oriented, he listens, takes notes, and follows through. He was responsive to texts, even on weekends, and always gave straight, no-nonsense answers. When we had disagreements, we were able to stay objective, talk it through, and move forward without drama. If youre looking for a realtor who puts in the work, treats you like a person (not a transaction), and doesnt vanish after the paperwork is signed, Andy is the one. He earned our trust and thats not something we give lightly.

It was a pleasure working with Andy in selling our home in Golden Eagle! They were able to attract over 50 Potential Buyers to come see the house that landed several offers!!! He and his partner are outstanding realtors and highly effective in determining what it would take to get the house sold and offered a range of prices it could sell for depending on what upgrades if any that we would be able to do, as well as what it could sell for "as is". And their projections were right on target. Andy was also very responsive to texts, emails, and/or phone calls whenever we had questions or concerns. They went well above and beyond in taking time to check our house and sweep up leaves when we were out of town to make sure it always presented well for showings! Such great marketing expertise!! And lastly, he and his partner were the only realtors that insisted that they could and would sell our house "during the winter!" which the others we interviewed said they could NOT guarantee, but they actually did! We were amazed and shocked with the number of people interested in purchasing our home in December and January once we listed it with them the day after Thanksgiving. We highly recommend him or his partner as your listing agent for all the above reasons.

Andy was heavensent as far as I'm concerned. I'm a widow with no knowledge of the real estate industry. Andy immediately put me at ease and guided me through what I thought would be an extremely high stress process. He handled all the last minute "hiccups" that came up unexpectedly and was always able to put my mind at ease. His motto was always, "I'll handle it". It was such a pleasure working with such a fine young man and I would highly recommend him to anyone planning to buy or sell property.
