I would tell them, the importance of working with a Real estate agent, someone who they are comfortable with. 2nd to make sure they are ready and to be open for feedback and the learning experience. and finally to enjoy the process and to trust their agent, make sure they ask questions.

I would tell them to please use a real estate agent of their choice, but to make sure before they hire one, to ask as many questions as possible to understand how the agent will deliver great results. To be open minded for feedback and to trust the process.
