Andrea went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We had a small budget and every other Realtor pretty much told us to go away or showed us a few horrible houses and then never returned our calls. We talked to Andrea one night at 10:00 P.M. She called us and said she found the house for us, and she sure was right. We bought it the next morning. Besides being very knowledgeable and professional, she was a pleasure to deal with. This is our first time living in Alabama and she made the process fun and exciting. She even came to the closing to make sure that everything went smoothly, and it did. My wife and I have owned several houses and none of the realtors even showed us anything that we wanted and could afford. Most of them seemed like we were bothering them. Not the case with Andrea, she was sincerely interested and very, very helpful!! If you havent dealt with her yet, YOU NEED TO!! We picked Ms. Jones because she is an African American woman. She is hard working, intelligent & aggressive. She has an extensive knowledge on the neighborhoods of Andalusia and the surrounding areas. We were thinking of doing some renovations prior to selling our house, she had provided us with the best advice on what we should do, and what we shouldnt spend on - and it was spot on. She put our interest above hers - and our house sold immediately - she priced it right, she knows the neighborhood, and she knows her business.
