I'm Andrew Zellar, a proud 19-year veteran of the United States Army, preparing to close one chapter of my life and open an exciting new one. My military career has been an incredible journey, filled with challenges, growth, and the privilege of serving alongside some of the finest individuals I've ever known. As I transition into retirement, my commitment to serving others remains as strong as ever--just in a different capacity. For the past two years, I've been thriving as a real estate agent, where I've found a new mission: helping families, especially fellow veterans, navigate the complexities of homeownership. On average, I complete over 20 real estate transactions annually, a reflection of the dedication and professionalism I bring to every client relationship. Specializing in VA loans and veteran-related transactions, I take pride in ensuring that my clients fully understand and leverage the benefits they've earned through their service.
