Andrew Weitsman

Born and raised in New York, Andrew Weitsman's parents instilled a rock-solid work ethic in him from an early age. Today, his commitment to deliver on his word and his ability to solve complex problems for his clients has gained him the reputation of a responsive luxury real estate professional, entrepreneur, and CEO. Before entering the world of real estate, Andrew and his partners built up a successful night club hospitality business. In 2019 he founded a boutique concierge service in New York and Miami, providing world-class experiences which include extravagant car, yacht, and mansion rentals. Fluent in Russian, Andrew brings this extensive customer service experience in the competitive hospitality industry to his local and international real estate clients. They often become friends along the way, and his unbending negotiation skills and determination to find dream homes and investment properties for his clients, have earned him significant referrals. A real estate investor himself, Andrew is always adding to his specialist knowledge of the market to best serve his clients, and often non-clients, who approach him for advice. The relationships he has built with many of the landlords and business owners as a lifelong resident of NY have also been a significant source of market insight. Andrew is passionate about sports and fitness and an avid football and fantasy football fan. Previously a competitive wrestler who finished in the top 5 in several tournaments, he now keeps in shape with CrossFit. When he is not reading for personal growth, he treats friends and clients to a night on the town or spends time with his English Bulldog, Junior.
