To begin with, Andrew is a Real Estate Broker, not simply an Agent. His customers and their home sales are his focus and not just a aEURoesecond source of income.aEUR? This made a significant difference in my home-sale process. His understanding of the quickly changing real-estate market was clear and impactful. Prior to the summer of 2022, I had never been involved in the sale of a home. However, within the span of a few months I (un)expectedly found myself involved in two back-to-back sales and had many questions. Because of his years of experience and confidence, Andrew made the sale of my Orlando town home and, as fate would have it, my aging Aunts east coast home easier and more profitable than I expected. At the start, Andrew patiently explained the entire process to me and efficiently had things moving forward. Both sales were handled remotely as Andrew, me and each of the buyers happened to live in various parts of the state/country. Thankfully, because of Andrews experience and knowledge, location had no obvious bearing on the success or outcome of the sales. Throughout the process Andrews responses to my continued questions, even the nervous and naive ones, came quickly and clearly. Most of his response times could be measured in minutes. I found his professional connections to be equally knowledgeable and capable, including the real-estate photographer and Stewart Title Company. Its negotiation skills allowed me to obtain the best sale price possible on both properties. From my perspective, any hiccups in the process were minor and handled quickly. I was able to move through each day knowing that management of the sales was in the most capable of hands. This allowed me to place my focus on other important aspects of my busy life including my wedding, relocation, and job hunt, as well as my aunts changing health and care needs. For all of this, I continue to feel incredibly grateful. Every familys needs and every home sale experience are different. Without hesitation, I absolutely recommend working with Andrew for the successful sale of your home no matter what your unique circumstances might be.
