We recently listed our home with Andrew Spangenberger after interviewing several realtors. He and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. When other realtors wanted to nickel and dime us for different listing features, he included them AND his commission was very reasonable. Other realtors saw our home as a generic home but Andrew saw it as the home with in -law features that it really was and highlighted every single one of them. He was excited about the listing from start to finish and he offered such a vibrant positivity on it that other realtors didn't seem to have. In addition, he suggested a higher listing price than what others did. And he was right on!! He was transparent and honest with us from the start, which is extremely important to us. When other realtors tell you what they think you want to hear, he tells you the TRUTH !! We were never concerned about anything because we knew he was always looking out for us and had our satisfaction as his number one goal. He was in constant communication with us and included us every step of the way. He is a very honest, caring, kind young man who is not only out to sell your home but is determined to make it a positive experience. We highly recommend him and his team. I wish that I could give Andrew more stars than Zillow allows. Andrew is extremely professional and knows his business ! And that is an understatement . He is extremely diligent and despite that fact that we ran into a few obstacles he made the process VERY smooth and worked relentlessly at removing those obstacles. He went WAY above and beyond to get the best price for our house. As a real estate agent he is not just world class but more like universe class.
