Andy could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, and caring in selling my parents' house after they moved out of state to assisted living. Andy was able to sell the house in 3 days at above asking price and was great in helping us navigate several offers. Once the sale was finalized, Andy could not have been more patient and caring in helping me and our parents get through the paperwork and closing. I can highly recommend Andrew Smith. He is knowledgeable, experienced but, most of all, honest and trustworthy. We had a unique situation that we were looking for homes for our son who was relocating back to the states from S. Korea. We lived 3 hours north & could always travel for open houses. Andrew was willing to do virtual tours or accommodate his schedule to meet us when we could be in Bethlehem. He will work with your best interests to match a buyer to the perfect house that meets their criteria. Andrew is also great company and will make the home search comfortable, interesting and enjoyable. In the end, I'd like to think we became friends.
