Many thanks to Andrew for his AMAZING work in helping me buy a home in San Ramon. I worked with Andrew for about a year to find the right home for me and my kids. We looked in Dublin and San Ramon. The market during this period was super-competitive but Andrew knew exactly what I was looking for and made sure to send me listing that were just what I was looking for. And when we found the right house and we knew that it was right, he jumped right in reviewing all of the disclosures and helping me figure out exactly the right offer to make. He even helped me with a last minute bid late on a Friday night. But with Andrews guidance and expertise, ours was the top offer and I got the house. Andrew is VERY knowledgeable about the Dublin/San Ramon area. He knew just where to look and what areas would be right for me. He is also a great communicator knowing when to email vs. sending text messages. And he always responded to my emails and text messages right away. I am so happy in my new home. It is just what I wanted and I am so happy I worked with Andrew so I could get my dream home. I highly recommend working with Andrew.

Andrew was a wonderful buyers agent. He made the home-buying process in the East Bay far less stressful than we had expected. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market, so that he could foresee challenges and issues a mile away. He also has a strong network of contractors and other home improvement experts, which we have found very valuable. For a home we liked that needed a lot of updating, he was proactive about setting us up with a contractor to get a sense for renovation costs, so that we could make an educated purchase decision. We were a bit intimidated by the intensity of competition in the bay area market, but Andrew kept us optimistic. At the end of the day, Andrew helped us find a wonderful home. We were particularly impressed with (i) his responsiveness, (ii) his in-depth review of disclosures, and (iii) his insights when it came to deciding upon a purchase price. Overall, we feel very fortunate that we had Andrew as our buyers agent, and we hope to remain in touch with Andrew for a long time.
