1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Purchasing a home is an exciting time for anyone. Make sure you work with an experienced agent who listens and will go above and beyond to help you find your dream home. Try and be as specific as you can on the type of home your looking for and although rates are high at the current moment. Remember, a home is a long term investment. Marry the home and date the rate!
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Sellers have all the fun! Remember to work with an experienced agent who has a proven track record and report card of results. Selling your home is one of the biggest transactions you will make in your life. You want a top agent to advise and lead you through the whole process. Price a home correctly for sale and you will have multiple offers well above asking no matter what kind of market you're selling in. Most importantly, look for an agent who is completely honest and has your best interest in mind, 90% of agents tell sellers what they want to hear, not what they need to hear.

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently sold a home for my clients in West Babylon, NY. I was able to sell the home in a day with my first open house while simultaneously helping my clients find a rental to move into before they moved to South Carolina to retire. They were not burdened with the hassle of showings and I was able to get them over $30,000 above asking price with wonderful terms, minimizing any potential risk to them. They were extremely happy with my marketing, timing, speed, and price they received for their home.
